INTRODUCTION
Community Aid and Social Education Empowerment (CASEE) are a Tanzanian Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) registered in 2019 under the NGO Act of 2002 with Reg.No. 00NGO/R/0291 The organization operates nationally and is based in Arusha. The organisation started in 1994 as a capacity-building organisation through a partnership with Oxfam UK. CASEE has the mandate to empower communities and civil society organizations in order to reduce poverty and social injustices. CASEE does this by emphasising human resource development as a basis for tackling income and non-income poverty.

The aims and objectives of the organization include:
• To empower the marginalized and vulnerable grassroots communities in their struggle
against poverty and all forms of injustice
• To strengthen Civil Society through technical assistance, organizational Development, Organizational institutional transformation, development interventions, and social capital development.
Our Strategy
CASEE’s strategy in achieving the above objectives is to place greater emphasis on human resource development as a basis for tackling income and non-income poverty as well as addressing all kinds of injustice. The organization focuses on the provision of tailored training, consultancy services, research, social mobilization, microfinance projects, lobbying and advocacy.
