We Enable Communities to Combat poverty

Community Aid and Social Education Empowerment (CASEE) is a Tanzanian non-governmental organization (NGO) officially established in 2019 in accordance with the NGO Act of 2002, bearing Registration Number 00NGO/R/0291.

Located in Arusha, Tanzania, CASEE operates nationwide and has its roots dating back to 1994 when it initially emerged as a capacity-building entity in collaboration with Oxfam UK. CASEE’s core mission is to enable communities and civil society organizations to combat poverty and address social injustices. It achieves this by prioritizing the development of human resources as a fundamental strategy to tackle both financial and non-financial forms of poverty.
